TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) is the full production management centered on equipment. It started with equipment-centric management, and later expanded to all aspects of the entire production system. Defined as an ideal factory, new workshops, new equipment, standard process methods and materials, dedicated and professional personnel at all levels operating in accordance with regulations, but the reality of the factory is not the case, the factory environment, equipment sanitation, personnel psychological state, production There are deficiencies in process methods and production materials.
Combined with the current situation of our company, what should we do for TPM equipment management?
1: Through regular training, let personnel at all levels change their thinking, improve their cognition, and have a deep understanding of the purpose, benefits and implementation process of TPM.
2: Carry out cleaning, clean the environment and equipment, and find micro-defects on the equipment.
3: Make a table of problem points and repair them, and improve and repair the difficult points and pollution sources one by one.
4: Make the repaired equipment, the points of inspection and maintenance that need to be carried out into a benchmark book, and explain and train employees at all levels, so that every employee can fully understand, be familiar with, and do it well.
5: Set up a promotion team, use single-point education, activity kanban, and three-level review to implement the rectification of problems.
6: At a certain stage, employees have realized the expertization of operation, they can put forward their own standards and follow them, and finally realize the self-maintenance of employees, thereby improving the quality of the enterprise, realizing the increase of overall competitiveness, per capita output value, OEE, and brand power .
TPM is a long-term activity, which requires colleagues in the company to work together, persevere, and work together to complete it. Personnel at all levels should assume their respective responsibilities in the management of TPM equipment:
Company leadership: policy goal setting, establishment of implementation committee, high-level diagnosis;
Workshop Chief: The general manager of workshop implementation, setting goals, specific time, coordination of various departments, and review of effects;
Workshop managers: set standards, implement workshop goals by using single-point meetings, activity kanban, etc., and train subordinate employees to review the work completion of their respective workshops;
Workshop electromechanical equipment personnel: responsible for the review of technical standards, the guidance and acceptance of spot inspection and maintenance operations;
Employee: The executor of the final implementation of self-preservation shall implement it on the premise of fully understanding the specific method, and make rectification according to the actual situation during the specific operation.
